-**Abstract**:​ Software one can rely upon requires developers'​ communities one can rely upon, i.e., healthy and sustainable communities. A crucial aspect of health and sustainability of communities is diversity and inclusion. In this talk we focus on diversity and inclusion in open source software communities and discuss such topics as how can community diversity ​can be measured, what kinds of differences can be observed in behaviour of contributors of different genders on popular collaborative platforms, what measures are often being taken to foster diversity and what risks can be associated with some of these measures. ​+**Abstract**:​ Software one can rely upon requires developers'​ communities one can rely upon, i.e., healthy and sustainable communities.
